We want to see more of that work represented and recognized by the Webby Awards.

We’re looking for someone who can find exceptional work and get it recognized. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and guide the teams behind standout creative through the entry process, from first conversation to confirmed submission. An eye for quality matters, but so does knowing how to move people to action. This is a sales role at its core: pipeline management, persistent follow-up, and a drive to hit targets within a defined window.

This role rewards performance. Incentive compensation is based on success.

Key Responsibilities
– Prospect and outreach to agencies, brand teams, and studios producing standout work across various US regions
– Build and manage a pipeline of prospective entrants from first contact through confirmed submission
– Evaluate work against Webby Awards categories and guide prospects to the right fit
– Follow up consistently and move relationships from awareness to action
– Hit entry targets within a defined campaign window ahead of the 31st Annual Webby Awards deadline

Desired Qualifications
– A track record of building relationships and driving action in creative services, media, marketing, or a related field
– An existing network in your regional market, or a demonstrable ability to build one fast.
– Strong creative taste: you can recognize exceptional work and articulate why it matters.
– Comfort with outreach, follow-up, and managing multiple conversations at once
– Self-directed and goal-oriented; you don’t need to be managed to stay on track.

Compensation
– 3-month contract (September 18 – December 18, 2026) with a base rate plus commission on confirmed entries. Total compensation up to $25,000. Full commission structure provided upon inquiry.
